In-House Sales Managers - Code: IHSM-SM-01
Our Sales and Marketing Manager will act as a key part of the management team in providing leadership and direction in the business for all sales and marketing related activities. This includes the development of sales and marketing strategies, the execution of building effective communication and customer relationships, among others.

In-House Sellers - Code: IHS-SM-02
Our in-house sellers will be responsible for generating sales.

Sales and Marketing Assistant - Code: SMA-SM-03
Our sales and marketing will be responsible for the successful execution of variety of administrative and support activities associated with the sales and marketing. We require a graduate in Marketing or any business course.

Customer Relations Staff - Code: CRS-OPS-01
Our customer relations staff will be responsible for initiating and maintaining solid customer relationships by handling reservations, questions, and concerns with speed and professionalism. We require a graduate preferably in any business course.

Account Servicing & After Sales Representative - Code: ASASR-OPS-02
This staff will be responsible for servicing the inquiries and requests of customers. He/She will focus on customers concerns and requests after the sales. We require a graduate preferably in any business course.

Project Documentation Officer - Code: PDO-OPS-03
This person will be responsible for the registration and project documentation of projects in the conduct of securing permits, land acquisition, licenses and other related documents needed for project implementation. He/she will coordinate with other appropriate government agencies necessary on project documentation. We require extensive experience and background in this area and a graduate of Law or any business course.

Construction Manager - Code: CM-TOPS-01
This person will lead the organization's construction management team, playing a key role in the handling and managing project operations on both vertical and horizontal construction. We require a licensed civil engineer with extensive experience in project management.

Architect - Code: ARC-TOPS-02
This person will be responsible for creativity and a practical understanding of structures and materials to develop concepts, plans, specifications and detailed drawings for buildings and other structures. We require a licensed Architect with experience in residential houses.

Architectural Draftsman - Code: ARCDMAN-TOPS-03
He/She will be responsible in preparing drafting works or detailed drawings as per architect's design and standard specifications. We need at least a graduate in Architecture.    

Engineer - Code: ENGR-TOPS-04
The person will be responsible for the execution of approved construction plans. We require a licensed Civil Engineer preferably with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Site Engineer for both horizontal and vertical projects. Knows autocad, estimates, and, programming.

Surveyor - Code: SURV-TOPS-05
This person will be responsible for determining precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes. We require a graduate in Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering with survey experience.

Our I.T. Administrator will be responsible for the administration of networks, file sharing, and active domains. He/She should be able to handle PABX systems, local extensions, and main console. We require a graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

Graphic Artist - Code: GFX-IT-02
This person will be responsible for concretizing business development concepts into advertising, promotions, branding, and other marketing services for maintaining marketing strategies and meet organizational objectives. We require a computer graduate who knows how to design and layout printing presentation using Corel Draw, Photoshop, MS Power Point programs.

Careers in accounting and finance include bookkeeping, AP/AR, Cashiering, financial accounting, pay rolling, and management accounting. We require graduates in Accountancy or Management Accounting preferably with specialized experience in any of these.

Human Resources Officer - Code: HRO-ADN-01
As head of Human Resources Department, we require somebody who is experienced in conceptualizing and implementing both strategic and operational human resources systems, programs, and services. He/She should be able to align the HR function to execute the organization’s strategy; analyze the HR system to improve HR decision-making, people outcomes, processes, customer outcomes, and financial results. We require a graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related courses.

Our business development officer will be responsible for expanding a company's product reach and profit revenues, developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets; analyzing business opportunities; identifying and pursuing opportunities to develop profitable business and drive to achieve or exceed the agreed business and profit targets; conducting financial feasibility studies; and, computing pricing of real estate inventories and allied services. We require a graduate in Accountancy preferably CPA.

Site Administrator - Code: SAD-PM-01
Our Site Admin will be responsible for the efficiency in the proper maintenance & enhancement of the subdivision with regards to maintenance, security, beautification and enhancement of the subdivision, as well as forging ties with the homeowners.
